Clare, who lives at The Chestnuts, has been very busy this week. She has found that she really likes sewing and started a project that was to last a few weeks on Monday, but she loved it so much that other than eating and sleeping she spent her time sewing her first sock monkey. She knew who she wanted to give it to as well, Clare has known Beata for a very long time. They first met when Beata joined the Chestnuts team as a support worker and although Beata is now the home manager, they still are very close and Clare wanted Beata to have her first monkey. Once it was finished she went up to the office and gave Beata her gift. She is also half way through her second which she wants to give to her sister. Well done Clare!
